Platform Terms of Use
Applicable to Buyers, Property Owners, Developers & Brokers1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or registering an account on Infra Lobby, you agree to comply with all applicable local real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and platform policies.
2. Listing Authenticity & Ownership Declarations
Users posting properties warrant that they hold valid authorization, ownership deeds, or power of attorney for the listed real estate. Posting misstated prices, fake photos, or unauthorized land parcels is grounds for immediate listing termination and account ban.
3. Zero Brokerage & Fee Declarations
Direct owner listings carry zero brokerage. Any service fees charged by certified partner brokers must be clearly communicated prior to financial transactions.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All portal design assets, logos, brand names, database architecture, and proprietary search algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Infra Lobby Infrastructure Ltd.
